
Raymond Ganoe
Raymond Ganoe has served as Evergreen Health’s CEO since January 2017 after previously serving as the health center’s Executive Vice President. Ray brings more than 30 years of experience to his position as a professional administrator with a diverse background of cross- functional management skills including organizational development, grant administration, strategic planning and facilitation, public and community relations, policy, budget and board development. In his role as CEO, he administers an annual budget which exceeds $140 million dollars and oversees a team of over 600 employees. He has successfully guided the organization through significant growth during his tenure, including establishing numerous community partnerships with regional hospitals, FQHCs and other community-based organizations; adding several new service delivery locations, securing additional funding and revenue through diverse sources; and developing and implementing programs and services to address identified unmet needs within the communities served by Evergreen Health. He has both personal and professional passion to address health inequity in WNY unconditionally.
Ray earned a Bachelor of Social Work degree from University College at Buffalo, a Master of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from State University College at Buffalo, and a certificate in Not-for-Profit Management from Harvard Business School of Buffalo. He has received numerous awards for his leadership and work in healthcare. He serves as the Chair of SIPA & SNAPCAP, is on the Buffalo Niagara Partnership Board and on the Univera Regional Advisory Board. He lives in the Elmwood village with his husband and 12 year old son.
