
Glenn Jackson

Glenn Jackson is the newest Oishei Board member and serves as the Chief Diversity Officer for M&T Bank.
Mr. Jackson has been with M&T Bank for more than two decades serving in a variety of roles, including Chief Operating Officer and Senior Director of Programs of Buffalo Promise Neighborhood, a public-private partnership led by M&T Bank to provide a life-changing continuum of “cradle-to-career” services to children on Buffalo’s East Side. He has also been a Branch Network Planning and Analysis Manager, Retail Deposit Portfolio Pricing and Analytics Manager, Treasury Asset/Liability Analyst and Manager and a Finance Analyst at M&T Bank.
Mr. Jackson has deep roots in the community and serves on several boards, including the Western New York Impact Investment Fund and The Lancaster Central School Board. He also serves on the Project Play WNY Advisory Council through the Community Foundation for Greater Buffalo and Teach for America, and was a past Board Member and Board Chair for the National Federation of Just Communities of WNY. He also hosts a radio show, “Economic Empowerment,” on WUFO 1080 AM and 96.5 FM.
Mr. Jackson holds a BA in Economics from Harvard University.
