Chandra Redfern

Chandra Redfern is currently CEO of the Buffalo Federation of Neighborhood Centers (BFNC), Chandra leads efforts to reimagine service delivery in under-resourced neighborhoods, spearheading initiatives like the $22 million mixed-use low-income senior housing project. Her roles at BFNC have included Chief Operating Officer, Director of Residential Services, and Coordinator of Adult Case Management.

Ms. Redfern brings more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, demonstrating strategic vision, innovative solutions, and a commitment to addressing the social determinants of health.
