Asantewa Holley

Asantewa K. Holley serves as Chief Operating Officer of Northland Workforce Training Center, guiding operations, strategic growth, and partnerships that prepare individuals for careers in advanced manufacturing and clean energy. She holds an MBA from the University at Buffalo, completed executive education at Harvard Kennedy School, and is a proud New York State Postsecondary CTE Fellow. Recognized as a Buffalo Business First 40 Under 40 honoree, Asantewa is passionate about expanding access to training and employment opportunities. She lends her expertise to multiple nonprofit boards and advisory committees, working to strengthen communities and build a skilled workforce for the future.
