We’re excited to share that the John R. Oishei Foundation is hiring a Leader of Strategic Communications. This new, senior-level role will guide the Foundation’s voice as well as communications strategy.

This position is an incredible opportunity for someone who can think big and execute with care, someone who can lead at a strategic level and roll up their sleeves to manage the day-to-day work of storytelling, messaging, and media. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, relationship-builder, and collaborator who brings humility, purpose, and follow-through to their work.

As a key member of our Leadership Team, this person will help us shift narratives, elevate community voice, and advance racial and economic equity across Buffalo and beyond.
