In Memory of Lawrence H. Cook II

Dear Partners and Friends,

We are deeply saddened to share that our former colleague, Larry Cook, has passed away.

Larry served the Oishei Foundation with wisdom, warmth, and unwavering commitment for more than 15 years, and his legacy remains woven into the fabric of our work and our community.

Larry led with heart. He was a connector, a mentor, and a friend to many—always guided by a deep belief in people and their potential. His leadership of the Mobile Safety-Net Team exemplified his vision for community-led solutions and collective care.

We mourn this loss alongside so many whose lives Larry touched.

Services will be held on Saturday, April 26 at Williamson Funeral Home, 635 Main Street in Niagara Falls. The family will receive visitors beginning at 11:00 a.m., with the service to follow at noon.
