This leader will assess the community development finance landscape, identify where Oishei can have the greatest impact, cultivate investment opportunities, and determine how the Foundation can most effectively deploy its capital. They will bring the ability to structure complex transactions, creatively mitigate risk, bring different partners to the table, and find ways to move promising ideas forward.
