Manager of Administration

This critical role will oversee office operations, provide executive support to the President, and serve as a key liaison to the Board of Directors. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong communication and project management skills, eager to contribute to the Foundation’s mission of advancing racial equity and building financial prosperity in Buffalo Niagara, starting with a focus on Buffalo’s East Side.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervises administrative assistant and oversee administrative functions of Foundation including managing meetings, events, travel, expenses reports, etc.
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the Foundation’s office
- Provide high-level support to the President, including managing schedules and preparing materials and supporting follow up
- Serve as an important liaison to the board of directors providing a high level of customer support and is the primary coordinator for board meetings, materials, and logistics

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $65,000 - $95,000 (commensurate with experience)
Exceptional Benefits including including 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance and 401k with a 7% match
This position is based in Buffalo, NY.The successful candidate is expected to work primarily from the Foundation’s office, with flex-time availability based on the requirements of the specific work performed.
