Head of People & Culture

This role will lead efforts to center racial equity within our internal operations, ensuring our organizational culture reflects our mission and values. The People & Culture Leader will drive initiatives that center racial equity in our practices and culture including through talent acquisition, professional development, and organizational wellbeing, fostering a workplace where every team member thrives. This individual will also play a pivotal role in aligning our internal practices with our external racial equity work.
