As a key link between the Foundation and the communities we serve, this role will guide our efforts to incorporate community perspectives into our initiatives. The Head of Community Impact will lead strategies to build financial prosperity by addressing root causes of racial inequity and collaborate with partners to design programs and investments that reflect the needs and aspirations of the community.
