Curtis manages a comprehensive framework for integrating strategy, research, and evaluation into all levels of decision-making. He reports to and supports the President in the provision of strategic analysis, and provides advice regarding the development and implementation of The Foundation’s strategic initiatives and Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Curtis also collaborates with The Foundation’s many community partners with respect to strategy, learning, and impact.
Prior to joining The Oishei Foundation work, Curtis was a project manager for Verdi & Company and a network analyst at M&T Bank. He holds a Masters of Urban Planning (MUP) and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Design from the University at Buffalo (UB). Curtis continually seeks new learning opportunities to strengthen his skills and expertise, including completing a Buffalo State College graduate course in Data Science/Analytics, as well as participating in a Leadership Development Program through UB’s School of Management. He and his family reside in Williamsville, and regularly volunteer for Meals on Wheels for Western New York.
