The Foundation is seeking a full-time Grants Associate to assist the Director of Finance and Administration. This person will work with grant seekers, helping to guide them through the application process; provide grants management and administrative support to internal team members; and provide support to the Board of Directors.
The successful candidate will have critical thinking skills; a commitment to high-quality work with fine attention to detail and accuracy; a commitment to establishing a positive rapport with the grantseeking community; an understanding of the importance of database integrity and expertise with quantitative data.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 3 -5 years of experience providing grants management and/or providing senior management administrative support or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience; excellent written and verbal communication skills; and hands-on experience working in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and MS Publisher.
